SOUND OFF CALLER: The Borden Building is looking wonderful. The restoration of this architectural gem is one of the best things the city of Mt. Pleasant has ever accomplished. Thank goodness for the foresight, courage and tenacity of the voters who supported the project from the beginning, and our city leaders who made sure it came to reality.
