With just two precincts outstanding, it appears that Coleman's Loren Partlo will beat Mt. Pleasant's Eric Wellsby and receive the Democratic nomination to run against Mt. Pleasant's Bill Caul in November's general election. No hard numbers are available, but Partlo's lead is currently about 100, and the two outstanding precincts have a fairly small number of voters.
