Another Gulf hurricane?

As of this morning, it's still getting organized in the Caribbean, but the National Hurricane Center is keeping an eye on a tropical depression that could strengthen and cause some problems over the next week or so. The prediction, at least as of right now, is that the storm could strengthen, become Hurricane Ernesto, and head for the Texas Gulf coast just in time for Labor Day.
How many oil rigs are in the way? How much room is left on the Master Card to buy gas?
